Be sure to include your order number (found in your confirmation email) and the reason for your return.For faster processing, we kindly ask you to include a photo of the item you received, so we can better understand the issue.
Our customer service team will assist you in arranging a replacement or return.

HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM
To request a refund, please follow these steps:
Contact our customer support at info@businesswallet.at and include your order number so we can locate your purchase.
Our team will provide you with a return form, which also serves as a shipping label for returning the product to our warehouse.
Send the package according to the instructions on the form.
Please note: Return shipping costs are not covered by BusinessWallet, in accordance with legal regulations — the customer is responsible for these charges.Once we receive your return, you will receive an email confirmation.
We will refund the full purchase amount, including the original shipping fees.
REFUND PROCESSING TIME
After we confirm your refund via email, please allow 5–10 business days for the amount to appear in your account.
This may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Please note that once an order has been placed, cancellation is not possible, as our logistics partner initiates automated shipping immediately after checkout.
