1. Scope of Application

These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all orders and business relationships between the customer and The Ridge Wallet LLC (European operations)  in the version valid at the time of the order.

Deviating terms and conditions of the customer shall not apply unless expressly agreed to in writing.

2. Conclusion of Contract

The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but a non-binding invitation to place an order.

By placing an order, you submit a binding offer to conclude a purchase contract.
The contract is concluded only upon:

• express acceptance (e.g., order confirmation email), or
• dispatch of the goods

3. Prices and Shipping Costs

All prices are displayed in EURO (€) or the applicable local currency and include applicable taxes where required.

Shipping costs are charged additionally and are clearly indicated during checkout.

For international deliveries, additional customs duties, taxes, or import fees may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.

Ridge Wallet reserves the right to correct pricing errors. In such cases, customers will be informed and may withdraw from the contract.

4. Delivery and Shipping

Delivery is made to the address specified by the customer.

Unless otherwise stated, shipping is carried out within 2–5 business days after receipt of payment.

If a product is unavailable:

• the customer will be informed without delay
• payments will be refunded promptly

Partial deliveries are permitted where reasonable.

5. Payment Terms

Payment may be made using the methods offered in the webshop, including:

• Credit/debit card
• PayPal
• Other available payment solutions

Payment is due immediately upon conclusion of the contract unless otherwise agreed.

6. Retention of Title

Goods remain the property of The Ridge Wallet LLC until full payment has been received.

7. Right of Withdrawal / Returns

Customers may return products in accordance with the applicable return policy.

Unless otherwise stated, returns must be initiated within 45 days from delivery.

Returned items must be unused and in their original packaging.

Return shipping costs may be borne by the customer unless otherwise specified.

8. Warranty

Ridge Wallet products may be covered by a limited lifetime warranty, subject to the terms outlined on the website.

This warranty does not cover:

• normal wear and tear
• misuse or accidental damage

9. Liability

Ridge Wallet shall be liable only for damages caused by:

• intent
• gross negligence

To the extent permitted by law, liability is limited to foreseeable damages typical for the contract.

10. Data Protection

Personal data is processed in accordance with the applicable privacy laws and the Ridge Wallet Privacy Policy.

11. Dispute Resolution

For US customers, disputes shall be governed by applicable US law.

Ridge Wallet may, at its discretion, participate in dispute resolution procedures.

12. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

The application of the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG) is excluded.

13. Hosting and Technical Operation

This website is operated using international hosting and IT service providers.

14. Technical Steps for Contract Conclusion

The ordering process includes:

• Selecting the product
• Adding it to the cart
• Entering customer and shipping details
• Selecting the payment method
• Reviewing and submitting the order

15. Storage of Contract Text

The contract text is not permanently stored. Customers are advised to save or print their order confirmation.
